01. Brand Legacy & Service Overview

MF.Khan International (established in 1940) provides high-end men's formalwear, wedding attire, bespoke tailoring, designer sherwanis, tuxedos, and curated luxury fabric cuts. By browsing our website, booking appointments, or commissioning garments, you agree to comply with these terms.

02. Bespoke Tailoring & Fitting Process

Every custom suit, sherwani, or ceremonial garment at MF.Khan International is handcrafted to the client's unique measurements:

• Measurements & Fittings: Accurate measurements are recorded during showroom trials. We recommend attending scheduled fitting sessions to ensure optimal silhouette and drape.
• Adjustments & Alterations: Minor fitting refinements are included with bespoke commissions to guarantee a flawless finish prior to final delivery.
• Lead Times: Production timelines vary based on fabric complexity, hand-embroidery, and seasonal demand. Expected trial and completion dates will be communicated during order booking.

03. Fabric Selection & Color Variations

We source natural wool, silk, linen, velvet, and luxury blended fabrics. Due to natural textile dye lots, screen displays, and lighting conditions during digital consultations, subtle variations in shade or texture may occur between sample swatches and the finished garment.

04. Order Confirmations & Cancellation Policy

Because custom-made garments are individually pattern-cut and prepared to your personal specifications:

• Custom tailoring orders cannot be canceled once fabric cutting or embroidery work has commenced.
• Appointments and consultations may be rescheduled by notifying our showroom concierge at least 24 hours in advance.

05. Intellectual Property & Heritage

All branding elements, trade names (“MF.Khan International”), logos, imagery, digital assets, and bespoke garment designs showcased on this website or in our store remain the exclusive intellectual property of MF.Khan International. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or commercial distribution is strictly prohibited.

06. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services or showroom orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
